Another nasty sand storm is going to engulf the entire region. It hasn't even been 5 hours and I can't breathe.

But the good news is that my poisoning -like symptoms are better.

I didn't do anything about it. Sometimes I am not in the mood to sort my own body's problem and I rather just pretend it is a minor detail of my existence.

I am going to wash my hair later today. That is likely to bring me enough peace.

I'm glad the poisoning-ish illness is receding, now I hope you can have enough layers of protection to keep the sand out of your lungs, eyes, et al. whether outdoors or indoors 🤗

does this affect the mountains too and/or your orchards?

Try not to be in the actual storm 😔
Miram · 31-35, F
@FrugalNoodle I can't. The storm decided to surround me 200km radius at least.

But it is not as bad as more down south.

@Miram You are a strong person, have you gone through these climate events before? Be safe and well.

@FrugalNoodle

Yes, I have been through this a lot.

Arguably this is my natural habitat since I am part Touareg.

Just sniffing the dust like it's high quality coke.

Sort of like the novel Dune. I like making everyone else confused by quoting concepts from a nerd novel no one else knows around here.

But I prefer the snow. An endless white. Mayne because it feels cleaner. And maybe because all my memories about snow are good.
