I once found this walking cane?

I posted about Dartmoor earlier and glanced across my living room and remembered finding this up there some years ago. I dont know what the markings are or mean. I just know one of the markings is missing lol. I found this waaaaaay before facebook haha. So there was no one to return it too.

Wow 👌 Beautiful find.
I've no idea about its markings and their significance.

I do however, know someone who's studied their UK lineage in-depth and identified their clan.

They also craft walking sticks and shillelagh.

I'll show them the images, perhaps they can be of some help.
