wtf do they colour the carrots? The natural purple ones cost a lot more☹I knew that about the Great Reef. How many onions is a lot?

@Wiseacre There is very little scientific evidence to support the claim.
Though information I can find suggest at least 1 raw onion a day may help some people with insomnia issues.
Eat at least 2 hours before bed.
L-tryptophan (active ingredient in onions) supplement aids sleep.
