Similar to UK guidance, but the 'cover all' is not having full control of the vehicle.

If you can’t belt down a highway with a Big Mac in one hand, coffee in the other, ciggy on the burn, steering with your knees.
You can’t drive 😎🇦🇺

Biggest distraction ever is passengers

That's excessive.

what's next? no listening to radio while driving? no talking to passengers? 🤔
ArishMell · 70-79, M
@wildbill83 Not those, no, of course not.
The point is that while eating and drinking, you are driving single-handededly, and also you do not have full attention on the road.
Even worse if using a hand-help portable 'phone: you have even less attention on the road. It is illegal in the UK and other countries, though I think using a so-called "hands-free" 'phone is still a grey area, at least in UK. I don't know other countries' laws.
I have my radio on while driving, but find I miss most of it because I am concentrating on the driving. My 'phone is off and not even immediately accessible. If I am a passenger I stop talking when the driver needs concentrate more on the driving, such as at a junction or when overtaking.
No-one needs to eat and drink, or have their 'phones switched on, while driving a vehicle, and doing so creates a totally needless hazard not only to the driver but also to other road users.
....
Not sure if the OP's screen-shot originated in Australia or the USA though - the spellings are all American!

@wildbill83 proven fact, passengers are the biggest distraction. Ever tried even listening to your kids small voices as your driving, or noticed how often you look at your passenger instead of the road well talking to them
