Some of the Bird Life on Penguin Island

Penguin Island is situated in The Shoalwater Islands Marine Park.40km south of Perth.
This is a breeding ground for Pelicans as well as Pied Cormorants, Bridled Terns and Silver Gulls .
Over 90 species of birds have been observed on Penguin Island.

@Wiseacre Plenty of bird life, thousands of seagulls make it a rather noisy place.
Plus there are King's Skink on the island.
Estimated population of 1,200. Up to 55cm - 22" long call Penguin Island home.
Found only in south west Western Australia.
