A few moments with nature heals so much

There is a beach near Gloucester, Massachusetts, where the waves crash over the rocks just like this. I remember sitting there and the mist formed little rainbows. It was so amazing it became one of my "forever memories"...a place I can visit in my own mind when I am troubled.
