I wish that would happen here, we have total cloud cover. But of course if it did it would be even colder overnight and it was down to -13 C when I got up at 09:00.
@Gusman I don't mind the cold, I just want it to be sunny. I have plenty of warm coats, furry mittens, etc. It will get warmer later; should be up to -5 C by 13:00 and the forecast promises at least a little sunshine.
On a good cold clear day the sun can sometimes be so strong and the air so still that you need to open or even take off a warm jacket if you are hurrying despite the air temperature being below -20 C.
