Smallest island
This is the smallest inhabited island in the world, known as Just Enough Room Island
It's so tiny that it only has room for a country house, a tree and a couple of chairs. It was purchased in the 1950s by the Sizeland family, who were looking for a peaceful retreat.
However, to be considered an island in this region, certain conditions must be met, including having a land mass greater than 1 square foot, remaining above water level 365 days a year, and having at least one live tree. Since his tiny piece of land met only the first two requirements, the Sizelands, upon purchase, proceeded to plant their own tree.
In 1982, Just Enough Room Island claimed the Guinness World Records title as "the world's smallest inhabited island."
