He is definitely seeking all the votes he can possibly get. (Who do you think all those border jumpers are going to vote for?) I'm not sure many people realize that in forgiving these multi-millions in student debt He is sticking the finger to all those students who have already paid back their student loans.
Now here's the kicker. With the government paying off/canceling that student debt, that money is considered a GIFT to those students, by the government. As such, the students will have to pay a 40% federal gift tax on that money that was "gifted" to them. Pay attention now. Instead of all those students paying their loans back to various banks and institutions they now will pay 40% of that money back to the federal government! The present government is simply lining it's own pockets with somebody else's money and trying to look like a hero for forgiving all that student debt in the process. Slick move!

@Nitedoc they don’t have covid and all the laws they changed without the legislators have been changed back and solidified..they want the illegals in a register they can use to fill out blank ballots. Nobody expects illegals to go out and vote in person..
