@Umile Waterfalls. Moving water is very healthy as it creates negative ions. Moving rivers and streams are good too but waterfalls are the best.

@Umile So many things that most of us don’t do on a regular basis that can assist health and healing. I’d love to live near a waterfall like this to get the benefits daily.
