@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout hawks will go after smaller birds. I’ve seen them do it at the house. A robin flew into my window and I thought someone had thrown something. Looked out and a hawk had the robin down in the flower bed. Walked outside to watch and the hawk carried the robin over to the neighbor’s yard and finished it off.
