I was going to say to be careful and aware, perhaps get a partner to run with you, and- oh its you, and you're a guy...enjoy your exercise馃檪. I live in the pretty countryside too, but sadly nothing is safe or country enough to ever let my guard down
@morrgin A major component I love about my run is it's solitude. I prefer to be alone and hopefully not see another human being. I truly believe I have absolutely nothing to fear.
@lonelyloner I have always exercised in the morning. When I became a father, mornings thsy didn't work but aI did ny exercise during lunch. With my daughter an adult, I can go back to me natural time
@JimboSaturn good to know sir when i was a sport person in my teen I regularly exercised in morning and even in late afternoon to till sun set but rising sun must be my best choice always
