It's like meeting with a higher power. I'm going to fast for three days, take the necessities, drive two hours to the the land where my ancestors once lived, climb the highest hill, and when I'm at the top...I will sit for however long it will take me until I find what I'm looking for.

@Desertteddesert lol the thing I'm worried about is that traditionally pain plays a big part in it. It's for remaining humbled and for prayer, but I'm determined. Nature is home to me so I share that sentiment.
@Desertteddesert haha that is one of those things on why I'm going, yes. I'm seeking renewal, purpose, and yes love--but out of my love I'm asking for a blessing for some people I have in mind. 😊👍
@Desertteddesert They're doing alright as of now, and will continue to. The ones that need it the most is a couple of friends, an enemy, myself and my brother.
@Desertteddesert Oh! Shoot. I almost forgot. The land too. The water drying up, now granted we're in rainy months but the amount of water we need to refill some creeks and lakes back to the way they should be... it's gargantuan. I don't want the few places I find peace and that preserves that natural world to die out.
