This photo was taken in Spring a few years ago along the bike path that parallels the Potomac River somewhere between the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the entrance to Arlington National Cemetery.

@hunkalove I believe there are some Cherry trees on this side of the river, but most are on the other side between the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials.
