Well I did my first walk today

It was 30 mins, and I felt fine after. Tomorrow I'll do 40 and see how that feels.

I'm starting pretty much from the bottom at this point, even though I was a runner in my 20s-early 30s. So gotta take it slower.
Honestly same. In my 20s I could run 30 mins easy and now I'm easing myself back into long walks. You can do it grrr!! 馃挭
