slice them thin and dust them with a bit of flower and fry until crispy in butter. Hard to beat. Although Hen of the woods is a close second.

We won't see them here until early June. If we have a good haul, I will slice them and lay them on a cookie sheet and freeze them and once frozen put them in a baggie. They actually keep quite well if you do this.

@goliathtree Dehydrated them and will be using them through the spring more like a seasoning
