Are they really good?

@Quimliqer My aunt cooked some large ones. She soaked them overnight in salt water to draw out any impurities. Rinsed them off the next day, sliced them. Dipped them in egg & milk wash, breaded them with seasoned flour including some garlic salt and fried them. They were so good, tasted sort of like fried chicken.
