This is the strip up the other end - about twelve months of growth, slow growing.

They are doing that type of landscaping for new green spaces here when they build a road or something. Maybe water them during extreme drought every once in a while or when they first get planted.

@cherokeepatti Plenty of water until established.
Then as you say, water only during extreme heat.
