If there is a God then why do all the world leaders behave as if there wasn't one?

Because the existence of God is nothing but a classic self-fulfilling prophecy.

God exists only for those who believe God exists and simultaneously does not exist for those who don’t believe.

There is no objective proof of God’s existence.

Faith = Belief.

Furthermore, God as self-fulfilling prophecy is the very reason believers can and will never convince atheists and vice versa.
