Is it normal for people to constantly scream at their children?
I don't have any, i have no interest in them as a species so i don't know. Maybe it literally is all the rage. But my neighbours seem very shouty. 😬

Shouting at kids becomes useless in keeping kids in line. The get used to it & tune you out.
