Is it normal for people to constantly scream at their children?

I don't have any, i have no interest in them as a species so i don't know. Maybe it literally is all the rage. But my neighbours seem very shouty. 😬

Not in this country, Norway. It's such a rare thing that it is genuinely shocking when it happens in public.

But then again shouting is not very common at all here.

@JimboSaturn Just in case anyone actually does think that Norwegians don't do emotion:

Edvard Munch, Skriket

Vigeland's The Bridge in Frogner Park, Oslo:

And here is the Sinnataggen

In my opinion Vigelands Anlegg is one of the wonders of the world.

Edit: Here is the home page of the park:

@ninalanyon I was just joking, I believe you. I actually admire Norway a great deal. I could live there easily.

@JimboSaturn It's a great place; expensive to visit though. And the fact that the lowest paid people are actually paid fairly well tends to put the price of ordinary things like visiting a café or restaurant up.

The Gini index is one of the best in the world, if you believe in the idea that everyone should get a fair slice of the countries wealth that is.
