My nana made her Xmas cake today

Now she has to feed it with Brandy every 2 weeks until Xmas…I can’t wait.

The smell in her house today was divine and took me back to being little and being excited for Santa

That’s really cool. I miss my grandmother; she used to make pralines (candied pecans) for us kids. I still have her recipe.
