Counting down the hours until I can call my mental health team for help

I hate the crisis team that is on duty 24/7 so waiting until my normal team will be in the office to help me…only 9 more hours to go

@Convivial just the crisis team but I don’t like speaking to them. It’s always someone different and they don’t know me and they always seem much more formal and scary
