How do Americans feel about being the “bad guys?”

I know some always thought the US was the bad guy, but at least it was debatable. Now it’s a fact.

@AdmiralPrune Yeah, but we used to give a lot in foreign aid, and I did like NATO and winning the Cold War. Now we are on the wrong side.

I’m fine if people see an American like me as a bad person. That’s not really my problem. I’m not here to help them feel better in life. No one is. No country is either for that matter. Facts can say whatever they will. Your well being is not my job. It’s yours. America can and has done horrible things. Every country has. But you choose what you’re going to do about that and if you decide to be hateful? Welcome to being part of the problem.

Yes we were always the bad guys and yes it's especially now and it fills me with depression living among all these people who deny it and insist that what we're doing is "good".

@SinlessOnslaught I think most of the time the US had good intentions. Defending Europe, Japan, Taiwan, keeping the Soviets at bay. Foreign aid. Immigration.
