I’m not sure if I would’ve been able to be as polite.
And I can’t imagine what that contractor was thinking. Perhaps he’s been around too many black MAGAs.

@Ontheroad I’m not sure what he was expecting. Clearly he was hoping to earn some money—deliberately offending the customer wouldn’t have been very smart.
