The greatest threat to America is Americans themselves.

We just can't get along 🤷‍♂️. There is all this talk about "Make America great again" when we keep acting like children here 🤷‍♂️.

like I said before I'm still planning to leave the USA. It's sad because my family have been here for over 90 years. Through the good, the bad and the ugly. Seeing this country slowly crumble depresses me. There's no middle ground politically anymore. Everything is so extreme. If you disagree with someone, you are the enemy. All my friends that had the choice to leave the USA, did it without regrets.

@empanadas
communist flat earth trumpista
good man. We need more like you

Reminds me of one of the only political arguments I had on here. Apparently I'm a communist, a nazi, and a liberal.

@SW-User may I join your coveted ranks?

I was once called a transexual liberal due to my profile picture being that of a female lol

@empanadas
There's no middle ground politically anymore. Everything is so extreme.
Well traditionally American politics have been like an accordion. Getting more extreme until it can't go no further, then coming back together and getting extremely moderate, until it can't go no further, then going back to the extreme back and forth, back and forth.

That being said, we don't have enough data from the social media age of fake news (literally people posting straight up lies and people stupidity believing it) to know if this traditional trend will continue, but it's the only thing giving me hope, that it will bounce back and be more moderate and this is just a phase
