Will some cities and states see a mass exodus of police?

There are three trends:

1. Banning non-lethal
riot control methods like pepper spray, fire hoses, rubber bullets, & batons.

2. Eliminating “qualified immunity,” so police officers (not just the city or state) can be easily sued in civil court.

3. Defunding police departments so officers are paid less and layoffs are needed.

That would be great. We don't need to be policed by those who think rubber bullets are OK to use against our citizens, or those who think that police should not be held accountable for anything they do. I am liable for the things I do, why should cops be immune? Defunding police departments? No, more like make police unions accountable.
