Americans, do you use wash lines at all? Or only tumble driers?

I understand people who live in apartments and when the weather is crazy not using washing lines, but what about the rest?

I've got two . Set up to look like telephone poles/lines . One broke got to fix it . Love to smell fresh linen/clothing off the line . Birds can pose a problem . 🌞

Dryer gets used too . Clothes line in house too .
