You forget, it was Canadian Military Intel who brought to President Roosevelt's attention that German submarines were parked at the entrance to New York harbor from 1939 to 1941 which nobody in America knew about, who had sunk over 600 American supply ships only 3 miles off the eastern seaboard of the USA as they exited NY harbor on their way to UK.
Being that the USA had chosen to not get involved with the spread of Nazism in Europe because after all, that was Europe's problem and not America's, Roosevelt never knew anything about that 2 year presence of German torpedo subs lurking off the American coastline. This was because nobody in the USA was minding the store as fat, dumb-asss America stood fast on it's Isolationist government policies which led the US to believe it was invincible. We all know how that turned out for America, don't we! 🤭
Don't tell me about Canada's own near-fate with Germany when you know absolutely nothing about American war history yourself, Cougar.
