@CountScrofula It makes perfect sense when you look at materially. Acknowledging any real pockets of oppression would only serve to minimize their ability to create the illusion of their own.

@CountScrofula To be fair Islam is very much the same in this regard. There's something about the later two Abrahamjc religions desperately wanting to paint any lack of special privilege as oppression.
