That means infiltration. Now if these were street level individuals that were a part of their extended network it would be different, but that is not the case. The FBI and higher law enforcement agencies are aware of them and have done nothing. The law protects these people and the police do not patrol these urban neighborhoods and if they do their SOP is to create retaliatory action for them being called their. Not evidence. To protect and serve. More of this is your community and your neighbors so this isn’t my problem. These people have been doing this over here for decades. From high velocity traffic to being established and organized. So how would I get concrete evidence on a fluid business that with a decentralized network that has had two decades to set up with sororities and firsts as a part of them to boot. Not angry just saying everyone isn’t street thighs without a GED turning a gun sideways with their pants hanging off their ass. Theses people are fifty and sixty years old. For their social gathering like birthdays I have seen 280 people on this street. Bonfire in the front yard and street blocked off. We live in the city. It’s not even a rural area. No police. Nothing.

@Yisrael if it is organised crime and extortion i suppose it makes you wonder if the police maybe gettig paid off too look the other way . maybe a little far fetched but it does happen cops have there bad apples too

@smiler2012 Yeah so these people have very good relations with people in sororities and frats. Deltas and Alphas and etc. So I have seen the police come over here on more than one occasion and socially visit the people who lived next door to them that were in sororities and frats. I also called the police anonymously and the sorority person voiced that she knew it was me and our neighbor. So yeah you’re right. It’s multi layered.
