Nationality

Many SW members hiding names and faces to ensure anonymity is understandable. But even nationality? Do they really expect to be traced from the nations population? 😀

I think this is stretching it too far. Others might need to know the location to understand the culture better.

Are we not pushing it too far by hiding nationality for anonymity?

@SumKindaMunster i mention when asked.

@WandererTony Cool. It was just weird to see you mention that, then go to your profile and see you hadn't yourself revealed your nationality.

I appreciate the prompt response and explanation.

@SumKindaMunster ok, now that i am the change, whats your opinion?
SumKindaMunster · 51-55, M
@WandererTony I think people should reveal as much as they feel comfortable with. I've noted some people fake their location, like they say Antarctica or something..I don't care for that either. If you are going to reveal your nationality, be truthful.

@SumKindaMunster yeah I totally agree. The other day i talked to someone about how exotic eastern europe is (was in her profile) and she laughed that she had no idea. It was all a joke to her!

@WandererTony This wasn't some vaguely European girl, young, attractive, with LOTS of photos showing how beautiful she is, and talking a lot about nudity and sex, was it?

There are some fake catfish accounts like that, be wary about being too sincere or open with them.
