@Stormie That's not what I meant. I expected to see a variety of songs, not just one (regardless of whether I like it or not). If you only offer one song it's hardly a "selection", is it?

@Crazychick I see we are debating my use of the word selection. Mhmm let’s see in my vast library of songs ( that you cannot see) I selected this one. So in a sense the word selection is proper in my eyes.

@Stormie You want us to post our song of the day going by your selection. Doesn't that mean you should offer us a dozen or so to choose from?

@english I've repeatedly told everybody on this site, my screen name is a song title. I chose it because I happen to share both my first name and my birthday with the singer.

I took this group as meaning a persons personal song of the day is meaning, everyone adds to the song of the day what they are personally listening to... plus it says song ( singular) as opposed to songs ( plural). Honestly, I don’t mind posting more I just really liked that one today 🤷🏼‍♀️@Crazychick

@Stormie I accept that you like the Van Halen song. But you should have said "[b]I'm[/b] going with this selection....". That would have made all the difference. I originally thought you wanted us to make our personal selections based on your chosen song. The way it's phrased makes a world of difference.

@Stormie R&B and dance music, Madonna, Whitney, TLC, Beyonce, that kinda thing.

@Stormie I've heard plenty of music over the years. I listen to the radio, I hear what friends play when I visit them, I heard a lot of different music on the pub jukebox. I live in a music-obsessed community.
