This song will always remind me of when my sister slow danced with me on her birthday. Just last month, in fact. She was being so sweet. I started tearing up as we were dancing and was trying to look away, but she just held our foreheads together. Even as the waterworks got going, she just smiled at me. It was her birthday, she should be the one being made to feel special, not the other way around. At least it made for a tender moment that I’m able to look back on fondly. I really couldn’t have asked for a better sister. 🥺
