There are many anime series that have some great opening and ending theme songs.

Some of my favorites include in no particular order...

-Smile Bomb. The Season 1 opening theme from Yu Yu Hakusho.

-Deep Forest. The Season 2 ending theme from Inuyasha.

-I'll Give You Romance. The ending theme to Dragon Ball.

-My Will. The Season 1 ending theme to Inuyasha.

-Touch and Go. the ending theme to Blue Seed.

Thanks, hunka.
I truly love that opening theme. Plus Norton and his submarine sandwiches and pizzas... first time this kid knew those foods existed. It was all magical to me... and the live audience, too.

@rinkydinkydoink What I notice most nowadays is that Jackie Gleason didn't like to rehearse and he would forget his lines and make things up and the rest of the cast would have to cover for him. I still watch it on YouTube.
@hunkalove

I knew he didn't like rehearsing supposedly because he preferred the actual show be "fresh" and the others hated that... but, upon reflection, this new info (to me) makes more sense because sometimes Norton and Alice do have puzzled looks on their faces at times - lol.

EDIT - funny you mentioned this because I was reading much of this the other day. Gleason, this article emphasized, had a photographic memory.

The theme song for "WKRP in Cincinnati," titled "WKRP in Cincinnati Main Theme," was composed by Tom Wells and features lyrics by the show's creator, Hugh Wilson. It is a soft rock/pop number performed by Steve Carlisle
