He grew up not too far from where I did in East Texas. One of my brother's friends actually rode the same public school bus with him.

Yuppers...in the small town of Linden, Texas. I've seen his childhood home. He's active in preserving the Caddo Lake area nearby. It's the only natural lake in the state, to the best of my knowledge.

Yeah, my brother's friend said that Henley sat at the back of the bus and would beat his drumsticks on the top of the seat in front of him.
