@eli1601 Good question. Brian worked some on Beggars Banquet, but it's really after his death that the Stones go from a mid-60s British Invasion band to the classic Stones period: Beggars, Let it Bleed, Exile, Sticky Fingers.
Wyman was great, but maybe less central to sound of the Stones (the opening bass line to Live with Me is very memorable).
