how can I get my neighbor to stop cranking his rock music all night?

Literally, he's doing it all night long most nights, I take Benadryl for allergies so that puts me to sleep at least part of the time and if I sleep I'm being woken up about every hr, I've already told housing about it, I've talked to the police too, i know I could ask to switch apts but I think he should be the one switching or going to jail or get evicted. I've had issues with infections in my legs, I'm on antibiotics but I need my sleep so my immune system system don't get worse, thanks to him, anyways to get him to stop? he's gotten 2 warnings already, does that mean he might get evicted soon? I hope so

We had a similar problem. Our neighbors below us would hit their ceiling/our floor late at night because our floor squeaked when we walked on it. We wore headphones listening to music or the tv. We whispered, we did everything and even talked to them, the manager and owner. You know what happened, nothing. We even called the police and they did nothing!! If the noise makers pay their rent thats all they care about. Our tormentors never moved and the owner asked us both to leave because he was a jerk and didn't care. So we left and found a larger and nicer place. Out of that hell hole!!! My advice is move. Then you wont ever see the jerk again. I promise, you'll be happier even tho its a hassel moving.
