I think they sounded better when they became more experimental

They were criticized for "selling out," but the truth is they all had other musical interests and appreciated more musical genres than their critics realized.
Take for example Mick Jones who went on to create "Big Audio Dynomite," and did it well.

I think London Calling was my favourite, though Sandinista could possibly have been better as a single or double LP. I keep meaning to make my own edit of it.

@SW-User london calling is classic. Ye definitely, it has some amazing tracks that are lost as a result of it being a triple record
