The mainstream and their generic-ass popular music 🙉

Now, I'm not trying to be those stupid "I listen to real music" snobs. Not at all. Heck, I've heard plenty of mainstream pop songs from recent years that I really enjoyed. But most of it sounds exactly 👏 the frickin' 👏 same! 👏 Idk how people can stand it! 😣

I can’t hear mainstream music and I am a HUGE music snob. I spend way too much time searching for music that moves me to pretend I am not.

@deathfairy I spend a good amount of time searching for new music too. Mostly from obscure artists, but every now and then I'll look to see what's playing in the mainstream scene and find something I like, even if surprisingly so. A few years back, I even found a Kanye West song I liked. 😆

I get what you mean. There are some songs that dont spazz me out immediately.. but it’s hard to like them. @Ducky

I mean yeah, I think those are different things. I don’t care what ppl listen to, I am just rly particular about what music I like and expose myself to. @Ducky
