Oasis have officially reunited

Only an international tour has been announced, but here's hoping we can get one more album out of them.

Awesome!!! Wasn't the live album "Familiar To Millions'' the last thing, other than the Knebworth live album in 2021, which was actually recorded in '96' (I think) that they released as a group?

@Ghostrunner66 That was released in 2000. Their last album was Dig Out Your Soul in 2008.

@Ducky Thanks Ducky. I thought there may have been another album, but I wasn't sure. Their in my top five out of the nineties. Love these guys!!

No US shows. 😢

@graphite Not yet. According to their website, tour dates outside of Europe will be announced next year.

@Ducky The Europe shows aren't even for close to a year. Have to rehearse a lot, I guess.

@SW-User Call me an ignoramus, but I don’t get this one. 🤔

@Ducky Oasis the green stuff used in flower arranging.. its probably not that funny 😕 😂
Ducky · 31-35, F
@SW-User I’m sure it is, I just never heard of that. 😅

Can't get too excited by this. They certainly are not up there with the best live bands I've seen (Blur & Pulp from that era were a lot better) and their audience seemed to have a bigger a-hole quotient than other bands, but I suppose it's nice for those too young to have seen them. My niece is certainly excited.

@romper69 I like Blur but i think Oasis leaves them in the dust. Except for the Blur bass player. That guy rules.

If Liam doesn't throw an orange in Noel's face again, it will be good

Just heard today that Oasis have got 14 shows planned in UK between now and December of 2024. Then in 2025, they've got a tour planned for North America. First stop is Toronto, then Boston, New York, then L.A.

@swirlie I thought the UK/Ireland shows weren't until next summer?
