Quick Silver Messenger Service 1975

This has been the best Christmas/New Year’s holiday I’ve had in years. Both my parents and their partners have been celebrating with us this year.
Dad has been playing some great classic rock and blues this evening. I thought I would share this one…….

When concerts were real and competed with voiced over performances. That group was legendary in 76 and this sounds even better than the original!

@CBarson Hard driving as the original. I think I see 4 guitars which reminds me of when BOC plaayed 5 . I do like the last solo.
The 1977 concert song list was

The Song Remains the Same
(The Rover intro) / Sick Again
Nobody's Fault But Mine
In My Time of Dying
No Quarter
Ten Years Gone
The Battle of Evermore
Going to California
Black Country Woman
Bron-Y-Aur Stomp
White Summer / Black Mountain Side
Kashmir
Trampled Under Foot
Achilles Last Stand
Stairway to Heaven Guitar Solo (Jimmy Page)
Whole Lotta Love
Moby Dick

I did see them in 77. They were a bit run down
I do remember a 20 minute drum solo from John Bonham Sr. on Moby Dick.
They opened with Black Dog.

@Pfuzylogic the outro guitar solo is very reminiscent (if not note for note) of Gilmour's solo on Pink Floyd's "Have a Cigar." The band members are known to be Floyd fans

@CBarson I didn’t recognize the specific song but yes that guitar play was.easiti at Gilmore’s level.
