What does music mean to you?

It means everything to me. Not that it makes my stomach full or anything, neither I make tons of money from it, but it literally feeds my soul, especially the baroque and classical period music (no hate for pop music lol). Ironically, I was born with a sensitive ear. Sometimes one ear becomes deaf for months. Life is designed to make you miserable at some point, isn't it? Hahaha still happy that I'm still being able to enjoy music. But how long? 🙁

It has always been one of the most important forces in my life, and it also helps me keep track of where I was along the way. Certain songs just take me back to certain times and people and places. :3
it's about the only thing I can connect to other people on/about/with. so... it... should probably be more important than it is.

It's great when it's driven by passion of true artists...it sucks when it's not.

I love music of all kinds . Certain songs take me back to different times in my life.

Music annoys me.
assemblingaknob · 26-30, F
@Northerner dammit. I feel left out.
Northerner · 70-79, M
@assemblingaknob I am sure there is music out there that you would like.
SunsetMemory · 22-25, F
@assemblingaknob why? Haha
feelings expressed in sound
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
Everything. I don't make much money from it either, but there's such joy in playing it, listening to it, or recording it. Nothing even comes close.
SunsetMemory · 22-25, F
@uncalled4 so true! A whole different level of enjoyment as well when improvising 💛
