I Love Music

I play the clarinet. I have a lesson every week and I just got grade 6. I play in the school orchestra. We practise every Wednesday after school. I have a strange taste in music. I like classical music, and I like jazz. I love Queen, Katie Melua, Elton John, ELO and the Pasadena Roof Orchestra. No one except me has heard of the Pasdena Roof Orchestra and I wonder if they exist at all! I just imagine myself playing slow slow jazz up on a roof in LA surrounded by palm trees growing from pots.

Good for you! Many schools have no orchestras, so you are lucky! You have good taste in music as well. Have you gotten over the break on that clarinet? I teach band, and it is hard to get students to venture into other musical tastes besides what is on the radio.
