It has to be III - I remember the first time I heard the Immigrant Song on the radio. I was in 8th grade and it totally blew me away. I don't think I was aware of Led Zep before then.

@RoadieJay III was probably the most highly criticized of their works because of the acoustic nature. But think about the songs on that album that aren't acoustic: Immigrant Song, Celebration Day, Since I've Been Loving You, Out on the Tiles, and to an extent, Hats Off to (Roy) Harper.
