no...but I'll give you my general thoughts...once the song is sung and you've heard it, it's not the singer's song anymore. Determining the meaning is yours. People debate Hotel California, stairway to heaven, etc. If you ask the artists, they'll normally throw up their hands....

The story of the Tower of Babel explains the origins of the multiplicity of languages. God was concerned that humans had blasphemed by building the tower to avoid a second flood so God brought into existence multiple languages. Thus, humans were divided into linguistic groups, unable to understand one another

@Lilnonames Thanks, but I’m talking about the Elton John song, which clearly is not about the literal, historical Tower of Babel in the Bible, as John’s song contains the line, “‘Cause Jesus don’t save the guys in the Tower of Babel,” and the Tower of Babel in the Bible was destroyed a couple thousand years before Jesus came to earth in human form.
