i live in a council area, all of my neighbours in my apartment block are private respectable people....but there are a few across the road in the council houses who play rap music, loud enough so the street can hear it and i hate it, i don't like it,...

@darkmere1983 so let us establish it is the music itself you hate and the pitch it is played have you asked them politely if they could knock it down a bit . if not then it up too the council owners then too get involved and ask them

There are probably town noise ordnances. Lodge a complaint, doesn't matter the kind of music, people don't need to be selfish neighbors.
