how do you 'put up' with people where you live playing rap music

[c=BF0080][i]i live in a council area, all of my neighbours in my apartment block are private respectable people....but there are a few across the road in the council houses who play rap music, loud enough so the street can hear it and i hate it, i don't like it, it sounds degenerate.....but i have no control over other people and what they do..

but even when in my apartment on the 3rd floor, i can still hear the rap music from in here...and i really really hate it, i can hear it from across the street.


i can't move away from here as ive been here 19 years now and i'm very settled, i just like peace & quiet....how can i put up with what other people do???[/i][/c]
