No, lie, my daughter and I were in the park last summer, and a guy went past us in a mobility scooter with AC/DC cranked up as loud as it could go on the CD player he must have had concealed somewhere, I would guess him middle to late 60's ...
I think the idea of using old malls for a retirement home and bringing back an arcade, a glamour shots, and Orange Julius is a good idea.
They could give out free Gap sweatshirts to residents...it should be a thing.
