When was the last time you were being the most you that you can be?

Which me? Professionally, early 90's. Family man, probably early 2000's as we downsized as empty nesters, I supported/cared for my late wife as her health/mobility decreased and helped care for my young grandkids (although from comments by two sons drop occasionally, perhaps I wasn't that bad a Dad in the formative years despite absenteeism--physically, mentally or both -- due to work). Caregiver, most of this century, taking care of and burying two partners. Volunteer, right now.
